NBA Draft prospect Joel Embiid is a huge Miley Cryus fan (Video)

The NBA Draft Lottery was last night and the Cleveland Cavaliers lucked out and won the first overall pick for the third time in four years. Many believe that they’ll hang onto the pick rather than trade it and if they stay at No. 1 overall then Kansas Jayhawks big man Joel Emiid will be a serious consideration for the team.

We have just over a month to go until the draft and now that we know the order of the lottery, everyone can begin to familiarize themselves with the next generation of basketball stars. Embiid is at the top of that list and we are now starting to learn things about him that we may or may not have known in the past.

For instance, you may have known that Embiid only recently started playing basketball and didn’t play it his whole like like some of the other prop sects. You may not have known that despite his general unfamiliarity with the NBA and the game of basketball, he’s very familiar with Miley Cyrus and happens to be a huge fan.

Everybody has their vices we suppose, and while some men choose to turn to attention to partying or living the high life, Embiid would rather be like that kid form Dazed and Confused and return home after a game to play on his bed whilst taking in the sounds of Miley Cyrus.

He may hear it a bit from fans over this, but at the end of the day Embiid is a giant of a human being and his skills on the court will make it hard to hate on him for anything other than his apparent passion for Miley Cyrus.
