If you’ve been watching the Oklahoma City Thunder at all the last month or so during the NBA Playoffs, then you’ve likely seen Caron Butler’s phone call celebration. After hitting a three-pointer, he puts his hand to his head in a phone fashion, signifying that he’s dialing it up from long distance.

More from NBA

It’s a pretty solid celebration and gets high marks for being rather original. But everything can be improved–including NBA player’s celebrations. That’s why we have the internet, to do silly but awesome things like worry about how we can make three-point celebrations better.

And once again, against all odds, the internet has come through. Here, courtesy of the great folks over at SB Nation, is Caron Butler’s phone celebration set to “Call Me Maybe,” the hit song of one-hit wonder, Carly Rae Jepsen.

A+, 10/10 would retweet and favorite.

Did we need this Vine to be made? I mean, no, I guess we didn’t need it. But is it awesome and one of the best things the internet has done recently? Yes. Without a doubt.

So thank you Caron Butler, thank you Carly Rae Jepsen, and thank you internet. I’m glad that all of you exist, because if you didn’t then this couldn’t exist either.
