The Miami Heat were bounced bad from the NBA Finals and as a result they’re going to have some serious questions to answer in the offseason when it comes to fixing up the roster. There were some glaring weaknesses on their oster and some siginficant regression by a few of their star players, all of which contributed to the loss almost equally.

  • One of those players is guard Dwyane Wade, as he showed true signs of not only wear-and-tear during the entire postseason run for the Heat but also he showed awful signs of how badly he’s aged. That doesn’t seem to make him ready to leave Miami in the past though, as his age and his injuries haven’t deterred his love for the Heat.

According to Fox Sports Ohio reporter Sam Amico, the future of Dwyane Wade in Miami isn’t as in much doubt as that of LeBron James, as it’s believed that Wade will opt in for the 2014-15 season and return to the Heat.

"It is believed at least Wade is likely to opt in. Either way, sources close to the situation believe the decisions of Wade and Bosh will not have an impact on what James decides."

Of course Wade is going to opt back into his contract, it’s the fattest deal he will be able to find anywhere and the problems he’s been having is even more incentive for him to cash in while he still can. He may not be with the Heat forever, but Wade isn’t going anywhere any time soon as the best money is in Miami and the best situation for him to win remains there as well.
