With the NBA Draft just less than a week away, players are beginning to ponder if they’ll accept invitations that were sent for them to attend what will likely be the biggest night of their lives.

More from NBA

One player who has already achieved so much in his career is Shabazz Napier and it appears he’s come to a decision on whether or not to attend the NBA Draft his year in Brooklyn. While he’s not projected as a lottery pick, the Huskies star will indeed be drafted in the first round and will be there to walk up on stage when it happens.

It truly is a sign of just how high Napier has risen as he went from a guy not many casual fans knew about before the NCAA Tournament to a guy that was hoisting a national championship over his head.

Napier could go as high as 12th overall but will likely land with either the Bulls, Celtics, Heat or possibly even the Clippers or Thunder. Either way, he’s going to be drafted and Napier will be there to show the world just how far he’s come.
