Two NFL stars in Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch and Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald will be posing nude.  No, not for Playgirl, but for ESPN in their annual Body Issue, which will hit newstands July 11th.

For those of you not familiar with the body issue, it is similar to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.  However, instead of models, ESPN uses athletes in the buff to show off the human form of top athletes.  This year, they have 22 such athletes.

In previous years, icons such as Colin Kaepernick, Blake Griffin, Giancarlo Stanton, 78-year-old golf legend Gary Player, and a very pregnant Kerri Walsh-Jennings have also posed for the issue.

More from MLB

Tennis pros Venus Williams and Tomas Berdych will also appear in the issue.

Texas Rangers first baseman Prince Fielder is the only MLB player in this year’s issue.

The NBA also has one representative, Oklahoma City Thunder forward Serge Ibaka.  WNBA star Angel McCoughtry will pose as well.

A few Olympic athletes made this year’s cut as well, headlined by swimmer Michael Phelps.  Joining him will be snowboarder Jamie Anderson, bobsledder Aja Evans, hockey player Hilary Knight, and Paralympics medal winning snowboarder Amy Purdy.

Boxer Bernard Hopkins gets in on the action as well.  Woman boxer Danyelle Wolf also makes an appearance.

Soccer stars Omar Gonzalez and Megan Rapinoe will also be featured.

Rounding out the issue are pro surfer Coco Ho, cliff diver Ginger Huber, X-Games husband and wife Travis Pastrana and Lyn-Z, America’s Cup skipper Jimmy Spithill, and BMX rider Nigel Sylvester.
