Last season with the Clippers Collison played in 80 games, averaging 25.9 minutes, 11.4 points, 3.7 assits and 2.4 rebounds. Those numbers all dipped in the playoffs. He’ll average roughly $5.3 million a season in Northern California, and the Kings get a point guard and fill a desperate need for a true point guard.
He spent the last season under point guard Chris Paul, so it will be interesting to see if there was any influence on him that will be carried over into the Kings.
