LeBron James is a free agent for the second time in his career and is handling it a little bit differently this time around. James’ agent is currently sorting out pitches from prospective teams in Cleveland while he is on vacation.

Whether or not that list matches up with Gary Washburn’s is unknown, but Washburn had the same report days ago and a list of teams that James’ agent was meeting with.

There are reports that LeBron is losing faith in Dwayne Wade and ready to explore other options, making this a five-horse race at the moment.  According to Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski, a source thinks it could all be a smoke screen. For what exactly who knows? To make it look like there wasn’t a pre-determined move back to Cleveland? To scare the Heat into bending to his wishes?

Or for this reason?
