September is rapidly approaching, and quite honestly, the NFL has become a year-long entity. From the regular season and the playoffs through to OTA’s, free agency and the NFL Draft, the most popular sport in America has mastered the art of staying in the news, and in that vein, we have an opportunity to look ahead to what will happen on the field when the 2014 regular season opens in a few short weeks.

Each season, there are a handful (or more) of players who sustain full-fledged “breakouts”, and the 2014 campaign will likely be no different in that regard. Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon was perhaps the headliner to this classification last season (despite his off-field issues at the moment) and he was joined by St. Louis Rams defensive lineman Robert Quinn (with his 19 sacks) and Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict (with his league-leading 171 tackles).

Let’s take a look at some prime candidates to make a leap during the upcoming season.

Yes, alec ogletree will do great for this team. Like i mentioned on anothr article, if ray ray can steel dunbars limelight, rayray and ogletree under mcdonald and mo alexander would literally be 4 safeties on the field at once. Same as the o line, with the exception of wells, 4 of the 5 o lineman are tackles by nature.
