The Miami Heat dragging their feet in free agency was a sticking point for fans, but it turns out that all everyone needed was a little patience.
Miami has added Josh McRoberts from the Charlotte Hornets on a four-year mid-level deal and then added Danny Granger on a two-year biannual exception deal. The wheeling and dealing is over with though as Miami is still looking to make moves as they have a taste for free agency now.
According to Sam Amico from Fox Sports Ohio, the Miami Heat aren’t done adding pieces as they’re going to be looking at making another move in the very near future to bring yet another free agent piece to their meeting with LeBron James this week.
After Heat have signed Danny Granger and Josh McRoberts, source with knowledge says "get ready," they likely have another move coming.

It’s unclear who the Heat are targeting but it’s clear they’re moving fast and hard to add players before they meet with LeBron James this week. It was looking like they may come to the table empty handed — a fatal move for Miami in their pursuit of LeBron — but they’re 2-for-2 so far and looking to go for the trifecta with a third free agent signing.
