The whole basketball world is waiting to hear what Miami Heat forward LeBron James decides to do in NBA free agency. Does he stay in South Beach or return home to the Cleveland Cavaliers?

There were reports that James was meeting with Heat president Pat Riley in Las Vegas on Tuesday. There were two perceived reasons for this meeting. The first being that it was James telling Riley face-to-face that he had chosen the Cavaliers, or it was James and Riley discussing their future together with the Heat.

AP sports writer Tim Reynolds is in Las Vegas and reported on what he saw. He confirmed that Dwyane Wade is in Vegas and that they worked out together. There was a report that the two had dinner last night in Las Vegas.

Reynolds also confirmed that there was a meeting and noted that he saw all of James’ “brain trust” but no Heat officials. ESPN’s Chris Broussard confirmed that the meeting with the Heat was in fact taking place on Wednesday and not on Tuesday as previously reported. James’ wife and inner circle are reportedly pushing him to return home to Cleveland.

Whatever the meeting was in regards to and with whoever it was with, James said he had no complaints.
