One of the most memorable incidents from the 2014 NBA Finals was the air conditioning going out at the AT&T Center, home of the San Antonio Spurs. Some say it was an intentional move that gave the Spurs an advantage over the Miami Heat.

So while pursuing job listings on the San Antonio Spurs’ website, one person found a listing for some maitenance work, including the air conditioning units.

Though a source said it is not a result of the incident during the 2014 NBA Finals.

It still is hilarious regardless. Here are some references to A/C from the job listing:

  • It will also monitor and manage service agreements including HVAC, fire protection, and waste removal.
  • The successful candidate will have experience with public assembly facilities operations including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and project management.

And the best:

  • Experience and a working knowledge of HVAC systems.

Let’s hope the Spurs find someone who can help them keep that air conditioning running. It gets hot in Texas.
