Richard Sherman also isn’t afraid to let everyone know just how good he feels he is.
However, the Madden 15 cover boy isn’t convincing everyone that he is a true lockdown corner.
As far as former Buffalo Bills wide receiver and Pro Football Hall of Famer Andre Reed is concerned, Sherman wouldn’t have been able to cover him if they played in the league together.
Reed was present at the 27th Annual Jim Kelly Football Camp and he was asked by participants whether or not he believes Sherman would have been able to shut him down.
Holding nothing back, Reed gave a very blunt and honest answer.
“Hell no,” Reed said, via Syracuse.com
“Look, Richard Sherman is a really good player. But he isn’t a Deion [Sanders] or a [Rod] Woodson yet, even if he thinks he is.”
Now we just have to sit back and wait to see what Richard Sherman has to say as a response… because we know he won’t be able to ignore these comments.
