The Cleveland Cavaliers have added LeBron James back to their team and as a result they’ve all of a sudden become somewhat of a free agent destination for players who want to try and win a title. One of those players is Mike Miller, who has played with LeBron before and is a guy the former MVP is fighting to get.

More from Dallas Mavericks

But now Cleveland isn’t looking like the sure thing it once was as two more teams have come into the conversation and may put pressure on Miller to sign with them and not with LeBron and the Cavaliers.

According to Marc Stein from ESPN.com, the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets have ‘barged’ into the conversation to sign Miller and keep him from choosing the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Stein points out that Denver Nuggets actually have the best offer our there for Miller but he’s now considering Houston, Dallas and Cleveland.

Miller and LeBron teaming up has resulted in the only two titles of LeBron’s career, so it’s obvious why teams would want to keep them apart. But while keep Miller and LeBron apart is a motivating factor in pursuing the free agent, both Dallas an Houston can use a sharpshooter like Miller to chase their own dreams of bringing home another title.
