John Daly can’t really play golf at a professional level anymore, but he once won the British Open so that means he gets to continue playing in the British Open forever. And that means John Daly’s pants will be a fixture at the British Open for a long time to come.

Daly has it going on from a pants point-of-view. Thursday he wore pants with strippers on them. In a practice round before the event, he wore pants emblazoned with SpongeBob.

These two pant choices provide an interesting insight into John Daly as a person. On the one hand, strippers. On the other hand, SpongeBob.
John Daly enjoys strippers, he enjoys SpongeBob. He enjoys hacking it around the golf course like a man who just don’t care. He enjoys a good cigarette and he enjoys beer.
He also enjoys gambling. Because John Daly is a regular dude. Who plays the British Open in pants with strippers on them and tweets that SpongeBob is his buddy.
He’s been smoking something stronger than Marlboro Reds, I think.
