Dez Bryant says he would never beef with Richard Sherman
By Bryan Rose
If you’re an NFL player and you’ve ever spoken about Seattle Seahawks defensive back Richard Sherman without his permission, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve found yourself in a verbal altercation with the Pro Bowl talent. For some, like Michael Crabtree of the San Francisco 49ers, there may have been more than just words flung.
More from Dallas Cowboys

But Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant says he’ll never be on the wrong end of a Richard Sherman verbal assault, telling TMZ that he and the Seahawks talent have far too much respect for each other.
"You’ll never see Richard Sherman running his mouth about Dez Bryant … and vice versa … so says the Dallas Cowboys receiver who tells TMZ Sports the two have way too much respect for each other to beef."
Bryant was out on the town when TMZ cameras caught up with the All-Pro wideout and asked him about the infamous Sherman rant in which he unleashed venom on the aforementioned Crabtree during an interview with Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews.
That’s when Dez Bryant suggested that the relationship between he and Sherman would never allow the two players to go after each other like that and suggested that while things may get heated on the field at times, it’s just a game and things end after the final whistle sounds.
I’d venture to guess that in the somewhat near future we’ll be hearing Sherman’s side of this, good or bad, since he’s not one to let a speaking opportunity pass him by.
