It’s been a while since Kobe Bryant has contributed to the Los Angeles Lakers on the floor, so understandably the uber-competitive personality of the NBA icon is ready to get back to game action. Of course, still rehabbing from his injury and in the midst of the offseason, Bryant has been regulated to gym duty.

That doesn’t mean he can’t get out some of that competitive spirit though as Kobe Bryant decided to have some fun with a fan at his Santa Barbara basketball camp recently which included some smack talking on both sides.

Things started out rather promising for the fan S. Sami who hit a couple impressive shots to star things off. Shockingly, Bryant struggled during his few few attempts though it might have all been a ploy to storm back and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

That’s exactly what Kobe Bryant did as down two letters, the Los Angeles Lakers guard decided to take what looked to be relatively ‘simple’ shots from under the basket. The fan attempted to replicate Bryant’s baskets, but struggled and vented his frustrations that the two weren’t ‘shooting’. That’s when Kobe decided to bust out some tricks and use his left hand, something the fan struggled to do.

Not long after, the fan who had taken the early and impressive lead on Bryant was shaking hands and giving daps to the Lakers legend who stormed back and claimed stake to victory. He even impressed Bryant, who jokingly suggested that he might be able to play for the Lakers.
