For the first time this offseason, Gronkowski is participating in 11-on-11’s with his team.
The news comes from Albert Breer of the NFL Network.
While Gronkowski is back on the field for the team’s practice sessions and workouts, he will still have some work to do for being completely healthy.
According to Breer, Gronkowski was participating in the 11-on-11’s at about 75 percent.
The good news for New England is that Gronkowski is back and putting in the work.
When healthy, Gronkowski is one of the top and most dominant tight ends in the league. Unfortunately, he has been plagued by injuries over the past two seasons.
If Gronkowski can get back to 100 percent in 2014, the Patriots offense and Tom Brady will have an added weapon over the middle that can create match up nightmares against any opponent.
