If you’re looking for a sleeper wide receiver in your fantasy league, you might need to look at New England Patriots’ Julian Edelman. A report from Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston says that Edelman has had a “strong camp” and is quarterback Tom Brady’s “go-to guy.”

From ESPN Boston:

"Receiver Julian Edelman put on a show with a one-handed/one-arm highlight reel catch on a fade pass in the end zone, and maybe that explains why he was all smiles after practice. Seems like a good time to point out that Edelman, who led the team with 105 catches in 2013, has put together a strong camp as Tom Brady’s go-to guy."

Being Tom Brady’s go-to guy makes him a likely target of a lot of passes, like in 2013. Last season he had 151 balls thrown his direction and caught 105 of them for 1,056 yards.

In Wes Welker’s final two seasons with the Patriots, when he was Brady’s go-to guy, he had over 170 passes thrown his direction each season. Those two seasons he caught 240 balls for 2,923 yards.
