Now that the 2014 NFL season is officially underway–yes, I am counting the preseason–it’s time for the conversation to begin regarding who the NFL’s best players are.

A majority of the decisions made on rankings for this article were based on the previous season’s performance as well as consistency and overall skill set. I know; it can get complicated.
