The ice bucket challenge has swept the internet and become the biggest craze with athletes and celebrities alike taking part in it. The goal is to raise money for ALS.

I’m in no means an expert on the challenge, but as I understand it you either complete the ice bucket challenge or donate, preferably both. On the surface it would seem like this wouldn’t do much to help raise money, but reports say the foundation is taking in more than $1.3 million in the past two weeks, obviously a massive increase from normal charitable donations.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was the latest to take the challenge, after being challenged by Scott Fujita. After completing his own video, Goodell challenged Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan and Super Bowl champion head coach Pete Carroll.

Here is the video where Goodell gets challenged by Scott Fujita and it is pretty adorable. Fujita gives a long speech, and then has his daughters lend him a helping hand in the challenge by dumping the water on him.

For those who haven’t yet, please consider donating toward ALS research here.
