Fuller was shaken up on the opening kickoff of the game and forced to the sideline.
After been looked over by the team’s training staff, it was determined that Fuller will not be able to return.
Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune passed along the news.
Immediately after injuring his ankle, Fuller was taken to the Bears locker room for further evaluation.
Despite being ruled out for the remainder of the game, the good news for the Bears and their fans is that Fuller was able to walk on his own and he did not appear to be limping on the sideline. It is very possible that the decision to hold him out of the remainder of the game is simply for precautionary reasons.
