Eli Manning isn’t worried about the Giants offense (or much else)
By Dan Zinski
That new-fangled New York Giants offense has looked like anything but a juggernaut so far this preseason, and a lot of people are worried that the promised turnaround under Ben McAdoo isn’t going to materialize as planned.

One guy who isn’t worried despite the slow start? Eli Manning. Don’t tell Eli Manning about offensive struggles because Eli Manning doesn’t sweat that (via NY Daily News):
"“No, I don’t worry too much,” Manning said. “Obviously you want to go out there and you want to play well. You feel like you should be able to find completions and do things well. But you can’t get worried at this point in time.”"
Manning believes there were good signs to be found in the Giants’ preseason game vs. Indianapolis even though Eli himself was just 1-for-7 for 6 yards.
"“I think we were just a few plays away from being OK tonight,” Manning said. “Hit those plays and those lead to more plays, they lead to a rhythm. We just didn’t have many first downs and opportunities to get into a rhythm.”"
Eli, not worried. Giants fans, worried because they’re Giants fans.
Maybe Giants fans need to take a page from the Book of Eli and just relax. Just kick back, pour themselves out a big old iced tea, put on some smooth jazz. Find their happy zone. Their Eli chill-out zone.
Or they could continue on their present path of premature panic. Whichever works for them.
