WWE SummerSlam results: Brock Lesnar wins WWE World Heavyweight Championship (GIF)

Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena (WWE World Heavyweight Championship)

Brock Lesnar is out first for this one, and he gets a pretty positive reaction from the crowd in Los Angeles. Cena is out next to the negative reaction that you would expect him to get out west.

The bell rings and Cena comes out firing away on Lesnar in the corner. Quickly though, Lesnar gets right on top and starts pounding away. Lesnar hits an F5 out of nowhere! But of course, Cena kicks out at two.

Lesnar then starts stalking Cena, telling him that he’s gonna kill him. The Beast then hits a huge German suplex and starts stalking again. He picks Cena up and delivers yet another suplex. He starts kicking Cena around the ring, and then hits a knee to the back. As Cena tries to fight back, Lesnar just won’t let him.

We get another suplex. Lesnar is just toying with the champ now. Cena finally begins to fire back in the corner, but Lesnar just tosses him across the ring and then locks in a chin lock in the center of the ring. Once again, Cena starts firing away with punches, but Brock once AGAIN stomps him down. Lesnar tries to go for a mercy cover, but Cena kicks out and takes a knee to the ribs for his effort.

Brock goes for another suplex, but Cena counters with a flurry and hits an AA, but Lesnar kicks out at two. Cena goes to the corner and Lesnar pops right back up and starts stalking again.

Cena comes out of the corner, but Brock takes him right down and starts beating him down. Next–YEP, more suplexes!

Once again, Lesnar tells the ref to check on Cena.

While distracted, Cena sweeps the leg of Lesnar and locks in the STF. Lesnar powers his way out and hammers away on the champ.

Finally, Lesnar picks Cena up and hits the F5 for the win.

Winner: New WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar
