Behold the new culinary wonder slated to be offered this year at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. Horse Collar Kielbasa w/beer cheese & fried sauerkraut.

Yes, FRIED SAUERKRAUT.

Because if it exists, it not only can be fried, it SHOULD be fried. It is your DUTY to fry it. If you don’t at least try to fry it, there is something wrong with you and you don’t belong in America. Where are your Midwestern values. Fry that crap!

And sell it with beer cheese and a giant Kielbasa shaped like a horse collar.

If there’s anything Packer fans need, it’s more calories, fat, carbs and all the rest of it. Don’t forget to wash it down with lots of beer. Because being conscious is overrated. So is having a working colon.

Screw your arteries, HORSE COLLAR KIELBASA WITH BEER CHEESE AND FRIED SAUERKRAUT. Or as they call it in Green Bay, the healthy option compared to Perkins.
