Dwyane Wade has made a career out of driving the lane, getting fouled, and making acrobatic shots for the and one opportunity at the free throw line.

More from Miami Heat

Looking at Wade’s career highlights is a dizzying display of athleticism and freakish ability to nail circus shots. Of course, not every shot will go in and Wade is forced to go to the free throw line in hopes of making two shots for the Miami Heat.

During his career, Wade has shot a very respectable 76 percent from the free throw line in his eleven years in the NBA. Last year, Wade shot 73 percent from the line. His career high? Back in 2006-2007, Wade shot 80 percent from the free throw line, which was the only time in his career he eclipsed the 80 percent mark.

Now in the offseason, Wade is apparently working on his free throws with his soon-to-be wife Gabrielle Union, and it sure looks like Union has the edge of the future NBA Hall of Famer when it comes to free throws.

Here is the caption from Wade:

"Okok…warming up #thewadeunion"

Could the WNBA be in the future of Gabrielle Union? Probably not, but it’s sure fun to think about.
