James Harrison visiting the Arizona Cardinals
By Cory Buck
Free agent linebacker James Harrison is reportedly visiting the Arizona Cardinals, per Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun. Harrison continues his pursuit of a new team after being released by the Cincinnati Bengals in March. After limited success in Cincy, Harrison is hoping to fill a void left by injuries and suspension in Arizona.

If Harrison were to sign with the Cardinals, it would be his third team in three years after parting ways with the Steelers following nine years of service. The Bengals released Harrison after the linebacker posted only 2.0 sacks and 30 combined tackles in 15 appearances.
The Cardinals, meanwhile, clearly have room for Harrison after losing LB Daryl Washington for all of 2014 thanks to a league suspension. Arizona won ten games last season in the harsh NFC West, which wasn’t enough to make the playoffs. This year, the team is hoping to get over the top with a stout defense and a talented offense. A Super Bowl champion like Harrison would be a great voice in the locker room, even if the 36-year-old has clearly lost a step in the last couple seasons.
