Broncos’ Wes Welker suspended for PED, Molly, hilarious memes pop up on Twitter, internet

Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker was suspended four games for violating the league’s substance abuse police for amphetamines. That positive test allegedly came from Welker taking the recreational drug Molly while at the 2014 Kentucky Derby.

For those who don’t remember, an out-of-sorts Welker was spotted at the Kentucky Derby passing out $100 bills to random people.

That, coupled with the Molly stipulation, led to the internet doing what they do best… making hilarious memes. And we bet he regrets that deodorant commercial now, because the deodorant ad screen shots were all too perfect for “sweating” memes, referencing the lyric from rapper Trinidad James: “Popped a Molly, I’m sweatin.”
