Alex Rodriguez Visits Alabama Vs Texas A&M (Photo)

Miss Alex Rodriguez since he’s been suspended from MLB and can’t wait until next spring training? He took in the Alabama game against Texas A&M this weekend.
New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez has been finding ways to keep busy this year, as he’s been suspended from MLB for his involvement in the Biogenesis drug clinic scandal since the end of last season. Last weekend, he was apparently at the Alabama football game against Arkansas, as pictures with co-eds will confirm, and he took in this weekend’s Crimson Tide game against Texas A&M as well. Might as well have fun watching sports before you have to go get paid to play sports, right?

Hey, maybe Rodriguez is simply a huge Crimson Tide fan (though the picture from last week shows him wearing an orange jacket, so he didn’t dress to support the team last weekend), and knows he can only watch a few games in person before he has to get back to training for the MLB season. Pro athletes are allowed to have outside interests, there’s no harm in that. Or, maybe he’s simply there trying to grab a few phone numbers. Who knows?
It’s just always a tad odd to see where Rodriguez shows up lately, as he’s become so much of a villain to many in MLB that he almost doesn’t seem like the real human being he is sometimes, and maybe cheering on the Crimson Tide (or just taking in some SEC football) is the place where Alex Rodriguez can be human, and not Alex Rodriguez the MLB player.
