Washington Redskins coach Jay Gruden confirmed on Monday that Jackson isn’t pleased with RGIII following the team’s 27-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday.
Earlier on Monday, Jackson appeared to take a shot at Griffin III on his Instagram account.
As Gruden alluded to, the anger with Griffin appears to be over comments the quarterback made on Sunday. Griffin
his teammates after the loss to the Bucs:
"“It takes 11 men,” Griffin said. “It doesn’t take one guy, and that’s proven. If you want to look at the good teams in this league and the great quarterbacks, the Peytons and the Aaron Rodgers, those guys don’t play well if their guys don’t play well. They don’t. “We need everybody. I need every one of those guys in that locker room, and I know they’re looking at me saying the same thing.”"
The Redskins are 3-7 and their quarterback and best receiver are having issues. Oh, and their coach admitted to having a problem with Griffin on Monday as well.
The Redskins are a mess right now.
