Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman, with the help of teammate Doug Baldwin, obliterated the NFL for its hypocritical policies on Tuesday.
The NFL recently fined Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch $100,000 because the 28-year-old did not satisfy his obligations with the media. Lynch’s teammate, Richard Sherman, was not a fan of said suspension and let the league know it by mocking them in a press conference Tuesday.

Sherman and Doug Baldwin (well, his voice and a cardboard cut out of him) went after the NFL for its policies on product endorsements and media availability as well as its implementation of Thursday night games in the press conference.
An excerpt courtesy of seattlepi.com:
"Sherman: “You know, the other day, Marshawn Lynch got fined $100,000. Did you know that? $100,000. And it’s like, they wouldn’t have even paid him $100,000 if he had talked, if he had spoken. Doug, do you think they would have paid him $100,000?”Baldwin: “No, they sure wouldn’t have!”Sherman: “Jeez, Louise. But you know who does pay me a lot of money? Beats by Dre, the wonderful headphones that I wear.”Baldwin: “I like those headphones.”Sherman: “But the league doesn’t let me say anything about them. Doug, why is that?”Baldwin: “I don’t know. Sounds kind of hypocritical to me.”"
This is simply spectacular and it’s about time someone called the NFL out on all of this stuff. Kudos to Sherman and Baldwin for having the guts to go after their employer the way they did.
