With Mayweather saying he will retire in 2015 and Pacquiao clearly nearing the end of his career, time is running out for the two boxing stars to step into the ring against each other.
For Pacquiao, it is a fight that he is willing to make happen.
However, Mayweather seems to continuously be avoiding a potential fight with Pacquiao. Of course, Floyd Mayweather is a very business savvy man, so he could just be trying to drag out the anticipation to ensure his pay day for the fight is as big as possible.
Whatever the reasoning for Mayweather’s decision not to openly say he wants the fight, we can appreciate the fact that he continuously is antagonizing Pacquiao on social media.
Over and over again, we see Mayweather taking his shots at the Filipino legend and the latest shot was a video montage of Pacquiao getting knocked out by Juan Manuel Marquez on Instagram.
Well done, Floyd, now let’s stop messing around and book the fight.
