Watch Miami Heat forward Josh McRoberts make a nifty behind the back pass to his teammate.

Cool hair aside, Miami Heat forward Josh McRoberts is a fantastic player. And up against the Washington Wizards, the power forward is up to his old tricks again, hitting cutting teammate Mario Chalmers with a fancy between-the-legs pass for an easy layup.

After a season with the Charlotte Hornets in which McRoberts reinvigorated his career which looked to be near its last leg, McBob, as some may call him, has molded his game perfectly to fit the playmaking, floor-stretching power forward. And because of that label, defenses will play him in a manner that allows him to make funky moves time after time.

It’s why many saw him as the ‘perfect’ fit to a LeBron James-less Heat team, hoping McRoberts’ playmaking could help fill the huge void left by the four-time MVP.

Unfortunately for McRoberts and the Miami Heat, there weren’t enough passes of this nature to secure a victory over the John Wall-led Wizards, losing 86-107.
