By Cory Buck
Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Garnett nearly bit Chicago Bulls forward Joakim Noah and it was caught on video.
Two of the premier defensive agitators in the NBA locked up once more when the Brooklyn Nets met the Chicago Bulls, and what ensued was nearly of Tyson-Holyfield proportions. Check out the video below and you’ll see Nets forward Kevin Garnett pretend to bite at Bulls forward Joakim Noah.

That can’t be a very tasty bite, which is why Garnett only makes that one fleeting gesture, which Noah apparently didn’t notice. You’ll see he doesn’t even look at Garnett after the ‘bite attempt’ and even after the game seems flabbergasted when informed of the bite.
The two have a history of agitation toward each other, but it seems that there’s a healthy respect going on as well. Noah seems more amused and confused than he does actually angry when he learns of the incident.
These two understand how the game has to be played when you’re a big guy in the NBA and neither has shied from that role in their respective careers. It’s no surprise that Garnett was happy to add another chapter to their feud.
