Portland State Player Fakes Handshake, Steals Ball And Dunks (Video)
By Josh Sanchez
Sports can sometimes bring out the best in people, but also the worst. That was on display in a hilarious ending when Portland State and Portland squared off.
It is hard to determine whether this is a hilarious moment in sports or a sad display of poor sportsmanship. Well, actually, it is a little bit of both. But mostly hilarious.

As time ran out between Portland and Portland State, Alec Wintering of the Portland Pilots tried to do the right thing with his team leading by 14 points. Unfortunately, Portland State had different plans.
Bryce White came up to shake Wintering’s hand, when he swatted and stole the ball and drove down the court to end the game with a thunderous dunk for the Vikings.
HA! Portland only won by 12 now, losers.
Hopefully White’s little bit of trickery — which is the equivolent of the fake glove touch in mixed martial arts — does not turn into something we try to see more and more players trying, because that could eventually get ugly.

Wintering’s reaction does not go unnoticed, either.
Like the rest of us, he gave a big, “C’mon, man!” and will probably have a laugh later.
