At the half, Marshall was loaded into an ambulance and taken to the local hospital.
While the team has yet to provide an official diagnosis of Brandon Marshall’s injury, a report surfaced that the team is bracing for the worst.
According to NFL media insider, the Bears believe Marshall may have suffered broken ribs from the hit.
Marshall also had his spleen examined.
If the Bears’ fears are confirmed, Brandon Marshall would be lost for the season.
The Bears should be able to provide an official update on Friday.
Until then, we, like the Chicago Bears, will have to wait for the doctors to make their official call and hope the worst case diagnosis is not a reality.
