A rendering of the Atlanta Braves new stadium has been fixed which originally showed the team losing to the Washington Nationals.

In two seasons, the Atlanta Braves will leave Turner Field and head to SunTrust Park. Understandably, most are extremely excited about the new stadium (sans the travel for some fans), which apparently includes the company behind the graphical designs over the new stadium.

Recently an image of the venue was released but the stadium’s scoreboard oddly showed the Atlanta Braves losing to the Washington Nationals.

It created a mild uproar and now a few days later, the original image has been fixed to show the Braves winning.

Examining the rending a little closer there are still some things upsetting fans which include a ‘backwards’ Atlanta Braves logo, though, that’s said to be rotational so technically it’s not backwards – it’s just being shown to be ‘moving’.

The graphic also seems to show the Washington Nationals wearing their home uniforms despite playing on the road.

Perhaps the Atlanta Braves and those who rendering the graphics didn’t believe many fans would be so critical and point out every flaw in the photo, though you’d assume the rendering would favor the Atlanta Braves in every scenario considering it is there new stadium.

Mistakes aside, there’s no denying that SunTrust Park looks like a beautiful venue and one that the Atlanta Braves and their fans should be proud of.

Construction work on SunTrust Park began last month and the new stadium is slated to open on February 21st of 2017.
