By Josh Sanchez
Following the Pittsburgh Steelers‘ win in the NFL regular season finale, head coach Mike Tomlin and Cincinnati Bengals DB Reggie Nelson had an altercation at mid-field.
When the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers went to exchange handshakes following thir Week 17 matchup, Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis had to separate Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin and Bengals defensive back Reggie Nelson. While there is no word on why the two men exchanged words at mid-field, you would have to believe the hit from Nelson which injured Le’Veon Bell’s knee played a part in their heated exchange. Regardless of what started the altercation, it was clear Tomlin was not happy.
Both teams will now turn their attention to the playoffs following the Steelers’ win and AFC North title, with Pittsburgh hosting the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati traveling to face the Indianapolis Colts.
