It has been extremely obvious throughout this entire process that he was their guy, and that he wanted to return to Michigan. The fans have been going crazy, and now that they are sure that he is coming to town, they are putting up billboards around town for him.

One of those billboards in particular takes the time to welcome him back to Michigan, and then ask him to take them back to being a number one football program. Obviously this is a huge situation for Harbaugh to be stepping into, and the fans truly believe that he’s the guy to resurrect the program. He did an excellent job rebuilding the San Francisco 49ers, and is the perfect type of coach to help bring a team back. This season is going to be a much more intriguing year for Michigan football, with a former Wolverine star leading the way.
