Jim Harbaugh is heading back to his alma-mater, the Michigan Wolverines, to try and restore pride in the program as their new head coach. There has been a major downswing in the football program at Michigan recently, thanks to Brady Hoke. That being said, the Michigan fan base is extremely excited to be welcoming Harbaugh back.

It has been extremely obvious throughout this entire process that he was their guy, and that he wanted to return to Michigan. The fans have been going crazy, and now that they are sure that he is coming to town, they are putting up billboards around town for him.
One of those billboards in particular takes the time to welcome him back to Michigan, and then ask him to take them back to being a number one football program. It’s things like these that made Harbaugh want to return to Michigan, and it’s obvious that he wants to restore the pride that the program had when he was there.
Take a look at the billboard that we are mentioning for yourself:
Obviously this is a huge situation for Harbaugh to be stepping into, and the fans truly believe that he’s the guy to resurrect the program. He did an excellent job rebuilding the San Francisco 49ers, and is the perfect type of coach to help bring a team back. This season is going to be a much more intriguing year for Michigan football, with a former Wolverine star leading the way.
