Ronnie Price of the Los Angeles Lakers shows some great defense with the steal and then blows the wide open dunk attempt on the other end.

More from Los Angeles Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers are not going far this season and the turmoil of the 2014-15 season was summed up in one dunk. On Sunday night, Ronnie Price turned in not just one of the worst dunk attempts of the season, but one of the worse missed dunk attempts in the history of human beings.

It’s almost indescribable, as Price is so confident following a rather great steal, but blows it all up in just a matter of seconds.

I guess they did not as some of the highlights, or should we say low-lights, of this game can serve to teach young players more of what not to do than what to do.

Let this be a lesson to young players coming up in the NBA. Watch this ridiculous dunk attempt and if put in the same situation, just take the two points and move on. Embarrassing your family like this is not the idea behind fame and fortune.

Here it is from a different angle and watch as the guy on the end of the Lakers bench gets ready to celebrate before having to sit back down in shame. Don’t do this to your teammates.

Ronnie do us all a favor and the next time you make such a brilliant steal and just settle for the lay-up man. Your children’s children will thank you.
