After his amazingly clutch grab was reversed upon further review, Dez Byant gets emotional speaking to the media after the game.

In a very ironic twist, courtesy of the football gods, the Dallas Cowboys ended up on the wrong side of a controversial reversal just one week after feeling the fortunate side.

Against the Detroit Lions last week, the Cowboys were benefactors to the reversal of the now infamous pass-interference call on a crucial third-down late in the game. Today in Lambeau Field they felt devastation after wide-receiver Dez Bryant’s outrageously amazing high-flying haul was overturned on a challenge by Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy.

When reliving the moment, Dez Bryant was unshockingly stunned and emotional.

On a few occasions Bryant said “he couldn’t believe it.”

He felt he made a football move, even taking three steps en route to the goal-line dive attempt. When asked by Bryant if any of the reporters have seen anything like it they referenced Calvin Johnson’s catch from a few years back.

Bryant wasn’t having any of that comparison.

It’s one thing to have a call overturned or reversed because of a challenge, but it raises to another level when a catch of that caliber in the most crucial of situations is overturned.

Just like the Cowboys of last week, the Green Bay Packers will take it and move on this week.
