120 Sports unveils inaugural Millennials’ Athlete Index

The folks at 120 Sports have unveiled their inaugural Millenials’ Athlete Index which uses research to determine which athletes are most important to the target audience.
120 Sports announced on Tuesday that they are partnering with Ranker to create the 2015 Millenials’ Athlete Index.

The inaugural index uses an “algorithm designed to balance various dimensions of agreement, popularity and positivity” that will bring Millenials (defined as 18 to 34-year-olds) the most influencial and important athletes to them.
120 Sports “uses up-to-the-moment insight from consumer trends and current data research to shape the way it produces 24 hours of daily live and on-demand programming” and it is available exclusively as an OTT network.
