Want reliable Super Bowl predictions? Consult your console and Madden NFL 2015.
Super Bowl XLIX is six days away and Madden NFL 2015 has released its predictions of who will be the victor. We’ll watch the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots take on each other this Sunday but Electronic Arts Inc. is giving you Super Bowl action before the big game.
The video game gods have spoken and it’s a one hell of a game.
Electronic Arts Inc.’s Super Bowl Prediction features a simulation from their Madden NFL 2015 title. Tom Brady and Marshawn Lynch take the virtual turf on Xbox One. The Patriots draw first blood with a 21-yard touchdown. The Seahawks lash back with a field goal later on in the first quarter.

Both teams add a touchdown to the scoreboard in the 2nd period. An interception gives Seattle the upper hand at halftime. Earl Thomas snatches a pass meant for Rob Gronkowski and the first half ends, 17-14.
The outlook for the Patriots appears even worse at the beginning of the third quarter.
Lynch capitalizes on Seattle’s first possession with a dash to the goal line. Tom Brady connects with a touch down pass to Gronkowski to lift his team’s spirits going into the last period.
The scoreboard remains unchanged during the early part of the fourth quarter. Patriots’ cornerback, Darrelle Revis, intercepts a Russell Wilson pass and changes the pace of the game. Brady gives Julian Edelman a solid pass and its down to the wire. Edelman bypasses all other Seahawks’ tackle attempts and faces Kam Chancellor in his sprint to the end zone. Edelman slips through the cracks and dives into the end zone as the clock runs out.
The Patriots win 28-24.
Tom Brady is named the MVP with his four touchdown performance. He led his team cover 335 yards throughout the game. Hopefully EA checked the PSI of the virtual footballs. We would hate for Brady’s Madden avatar to have to address the media at a press conference simulation later this week.
