While Stewart focused on the absurdity of the whole Deflate Gate scandal, dredging up the Ray Rice situation with jokes like the footballs being forced to apologize.
The highlight might have come when he addressed Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch and his use of repetitive answers when addressing the media. Something that has become the big story of the media days leading up to the big game.
Stewart went on to rip that $500,000 fine for not speaking and how ridiculously large the amount is, and perhaps unfairly so. He also ripped the NFL for threatening to fine Lynch because of his “Beast Mode” hat, comparing them to a mother trying to get a child to dress a certain way.
