Health is the most important thing for a big game like the Super Bowl, and the Patriots don’t seem to have any major concerns. They haven’t had too many major health concerns all year long, but tonight’s game could get rough between two extremely competitive football teams.
Not many players will allow themselves to sit out a game like the Super Bowl, and there aren’t any major concerns just a few hours prior to game time. There likely won’t be any difference makers for the Patriots that will miss the game.
That being said, who all do the Patriots have on their injury report at this point?
Questionable – C Bryan Stork (Knee)
Probable – LB Akeem Ayers (knee), QB Tom Brady (ankle), LB Dont’a Hightower (shoulder), DT Chris Jones (elbow), CB Darrelle Revis (not injury related), DT Sealver Siliga (foot).
Those injuries aren’t terribly concerning for the Patriots, but Ayers and Revis are the two highlighted that could bring some concern. Brady always seems to be listed on the injury report, but there is absolutely no chance that he misses tonight’s game. New England needs their pass rush against Russell Wilson and the Seahawks, so Ayers is going to be an important piece.a
New England and Seattle are very evenly matched football teams, and it should be a very entertaining Super Bowl tonight. Don’t expect the Patriots to be without any of their key players this evening. It is going to be a very intriguing football game, and it is expected to come down to the wire.
