Paul George sends out cryptic tweet about returning in March
By Josh Hill
Paul George savagely broke his leg in the offseason, but he could be making his return to the NBA before the 2014-15 season wraps up.
When Paul George nearly popped the bone out of his leg during a Team USA scrimmage prior to the World Cup, there was little hope that he would be returning in time for the start of the 2015-16 season, let alone anytime during this current season.

We’ve made strides in medical science advancements over the years, but the ugly nature of George’s injury has many wondering if he’s ever going to be the same player he was prior to the injury. That’s something he’s challenging directly, as the Pacers star tweeted out a cryptic response to the news that he could be back sooner than the beginning of next season.
George tweeted out nothing more than a month on the calendar, but it has the NBA world buzzing with speculation about what it means.
This could be in response to recent comments made today by Larry Bird which indicated we could be closer to a Paul George return than we think.
It could also be a response to the idea that he’ll be back by March after the gruesome nature of his injury. George was taking jumpers not the long ago and he was seen trying to run and get back into shape but the idea that he’s anywhere near playing shape is pretty unfathomable.
That could be the context of this response but either way it looks like the Pacers and Paul George will be stating something official about his status sooner rather than later.
