TNT totally forgot that Rajon Rondo was traded to Dallas Mavericks (Photo)

The Dallas Mavericks traded for Rajon Rondo back in December, but someone forgot to inform the TNT graphics crew.
When the Dallas Mavericks traded for Rajon Rondo earlier this season, it was a move that was clearly made to reflect a win now attitude. The Mavericks have stars like Dirk Nowitzki, Tyson Chandler and Monta Ellis but adding Rondo was a big move the team needed to make.

Rondo being dealt away from Boston was a huge deal, as Celtics fans were not ready to see him go but knew that he was probably going be gone sooner rather than later with his contract situation up in the air with the front office in Boston.
Trading him away seemed like an impossible notion to commander, especially after the endless false starts throughout Rondo’s career. So when he was actually traded it was headline news that everyone in the NBA reacted to and was made aware of.
Well — everyone except the people in TNT’s graphics crew. As demonstrated this week, TNT is way late on the Rondo trade and are apparently under the impression he still plays for the Boston Celtics.
This is either one of the worst cases of neglect ever or it’s that harshest troll job we’ve ever seen. Boston fans are still not over the Rondo trade, and someone in the graphics department at TNT might have a wicked sense of humor when it comes to trolling fans in Beantown.
It was either a sick joke or just pure stupidity but either way, TNT might want to look into getting more money into the graphics department budget — or getting the guy behind this troll job hefty bonus.
