Manny Pacquiao is getting back into the recording booth to lay down some vocals for his entrance music that will be used at the fight vs. Floyd Mayweather.

The recently retired vocalist, who most of the world knows as one of the best pound-for-pound boxers on the planet, has decided he will return to the studio in order to record his own entrance music for the upcoming fight against Floyd Mayweather on May 2 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Yes, Manny Pacquiao is going to be going one step further than the meta T-shirt by using meta entrance music.

It is incredible.

The report comes from the folks over at TMZ, who were also kind enough to share the title of Pacquiao’s entrance music.

According to TMZ, the song that Pacquiao is currently in the studio recording is titled “Lalaban Ako Para sa Pilipino.” In English, the phrase translates to “I Fight for Filipinos.”

It may not be the most pleasing sound to the ears, but hey, at least Manny is giving it a shot. And anything is better than walking out to Katy Perry’s “Roar” before the biggest fight in boxing history.
