Bill Walton says ‘I have been milked’ on live television broadcast

He’s creepy and he’s kooky, mysterious and spooky. He’s all together ooky.

Ladies and gentleman, Bill Walton.

“I have milked a cow before. And I have been milked,” so said the baritone voiced, ESPN brodcaster last night during the NCAA basketball game between UCLA and USC.

Whether Walton was in an actual barn or a Westwood sorority house when the act took place we’ll never know.

It’s not the first time Walton has been unintentionally hilarious on television.

Check out these quotable gems.

"SMU-Cal Berkeley. Miss that at your peril! What Larry Brown and Mike Montgomery will deliver to all of us as basketball fans and fans of humanity, that will be a thing to remember forever.John Stockton is one of the true marvels, not just of basketball, or in America, but in the history of Western Civilization! If you ever think you’re too small to make a difference, you’ve never spent a night in bed with a mosquito or you’ve never played basketball against Taylor from Utah, number 11 in your program, number one in your heart."

Loony toons? Yes. Hysterical? Absolutely.

Walton is an American treasure when it comes to his logically defying non sequiturs.  As fun as he was to watch play on the court. His comments courtside are a comedic treat to listen too.

Walton is a lifelong Grateful Dead fan, but in this case Pink Floyd might sum him up best: “Shine on you crazy diamond.”
