Cheerleader fight at SIAC basketball tournament (video)

Things get heated in March on the basketball court, but this time a brawl broke out with the cheerleaders.
During basketball tournaments in March, things can get a little heated on the court. You wouldn’t think that the madness would spread to the sideline with the cheerleaders, but that is what we got on Tuesday night when Tuskegee and Albany State met up.
Check out the video here:
That is a brawl between the cheerleaders right on the court. That is some real Bring It On type stuff happening right on the court for everyone to see. Who needs to watch basketball, when we can watch the cheerleaders battle it out! That is the real March Madness.
The SIAC released a statement on the incident on Wednesday:
“The obligation to observe basic principles of sportsmanship and fair play extends to all participants at the SIAC basketball tournament. As a consequence of the incident on Tuesday, the cheerleading and dance teams from both Albany State University and Tuskegee University will not be permitted to participate in our tournament for the remainder of the week.” (Washington Post)
A statement from Tuskegee officials read: “Tuskegee University is disappointed by the incident which occurred between the cheerleaders of Tuskegee University and Albany State during Tuesday’s 2015 SIAC Tournament. The university does not condone any conduct unbecoming of a Tuskegee University student.”
No apologies are needed, we just want a better video. Both cheer teams will be suspended for the rest of the tournament.
