Darrelle Revis is on the Kansas City Chiefs’ radar.
It was reported on Sunday evening that the Kansas City Chiefs would be signing Jeremy Maclin once the NFL season officially starts on Tuesday. What that means is that Maclin will be reuniting with his old coach in Andy Reid. It’s really no surprise that the Chiefs are upgrading their receiving corps as that group did not even score a touchdown last season. Chris Mortenson reported the Chiefs and their interest for Maclin.
The Eagles' wild ride will continue: Jeremy Maclin plans to reunite with Andy Reid in Kansas City once free agent market opens Tuesday.

Considering Maclin was one of the best free agent receivers, he will cost a ton of money. However, the Chiefs still believe they can land perhaps the best free agent available.
That guy is Darrelle Revis.
In just one season with the New England Patriots, Revis was vital to the team’s Super Bowl run. However, Revis wants top-dollar and the Chiefs are a team that believes they can give him that. Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reported the news.
Don't know what kind of cap magic they would be able to pull off, but Chiefs haven't given up on Darrelle Revis i'm told. NE and NYJ also in

With Dontari Poe, Justin Houston, and Tamba Hali, the Chiefs have one of the best front-sevens in football. However, for defenses to be at their best in today’s NFL, they need to have a good secondary. Defensive lines and secondaries play interchangeably. Sean Smith and Phillip Gaines weren’t bad in 2014, but adding a game-changing player like Revis who can take away a side of the field would be huge for this defense.
Landing Revis would be awesome, but the Chiefs would have to work their magic, as La Canfora reported, to reel him in. Regardless, this is something to monitor in the next 48 hours as free agency officially begins.
